Standard Technical Support
This phase covers from the launch of a product to the market until Hardata decides to replace the product with a new version or a new product, or when the product reaches the end of its lifecycle.
Standard Phase for DINESAT Product Line
Technical support or Personalized Assistance is not included in the product price. It can be purchased online at dinesat.com.
The Personalized Assistance service includes priority support via email, remote assistance, and a 24/7 emergency line exclusively for critical issues that affect on-air broadcasting.
Additionally, users can access the Help Center for free, where they will find a list of frequently asked questions, and the Forum, where expert users respond to queries.
For those who do not have an active Personalized Assistance service, only inquiries related to product purchase, download, installation, and initial activation will be answered free of charge. These inquiries can be made via email through our customer service department.
Standard Phase for Professional Product Lines (Hardata HDX and Video Servers)
Companies using these products can purchase preventive maintenance services and 24/7 support through special contracts. These contracts may include a hardware warranty extension of up to 3 years. For more information on available plans, contact sales@hardata.com.
Extended Technical Support
Extended Technical Support begins when new products or versions replace the current one, or when the product reaches the end of its lifecycle. During this phase, support is limited. This means no new developments, modifications, or software updates will be made for discontinued products or those that have reached the end of their lifecycle.
Extended Phase for DINESAT Product Line
This service is only offered if the Personalized Assistance service is active, which can be purchased online at dinesat.com.
Extended Phase for Professional Product Lines (Hardata HDX and Video Servers)
Support is only provided with an active support and maintenance contract. For more information on available plans, contact sales@hardata.com.
