HARDATA SMART FLOW

Content management technology integrated into HARDATA HDX SERVER

Centralize and share audio and video across the different areas of your radio and television operation

SMART FLOW is the technology integrated into HARDATA HDX SERVER that lets you manage a shared media library and automate content workflows across HARDATA products.

Production, scheduling, and playout workstations access content centralized in HDX SERVER, where users can search, catalog, preview, and synchronize media. SMART FLOW automates transfers so each station or channel has the content it needs and generates low-resolution copies for web-based workflows.

From the web interface, users can search and preview content, add tags and marks, and download complete files or selected segments according to their permissions.

HDX SERVER is software installed on the customer's or integrator's infrastructure. Because SMART FLOW is part of this solution, it does not require dedicated hardware or the purchase of a specific HARDATA server.

HARDATA SMART FLOW Ecosystem

SMART FLOW for TV

For television, SMART FLOW centralizes content managed by HARDATA HDX TV and the other products that are part of the operation.

Media added through ingest systems is automatically transferred to the HARDATA HDX TV library, where low-resolution proxy copies can be generated to streamline preview and management.

Using workstations and cross-platform web access, users can preview content, set in and out marks, add tags, perform advanced searches, upload and download files, and transfer media between HARDATA products.

When a schedule is created or modified, SMART FLOW automatically synchronizes playlists and copies the required media to the corresponding playout system.

HARDATA SMART FLOW

SMART FLOW for Radio and Visual Radio

For radio and visual radio, HARDATA HDX SERVER acts as the central server for the audio and video content used by a station or network.

SMART FLOW allows different stations, studios, and production areas to access the same library and easily share content.

Integrated with HDX 5 automation tools, it can manage multiple audio signals for radio and their corresponding video outputs for visual radio, television, or streaming.

Content can also be shared with HARDATA HDX TV and other HARDATA products, integrating radio and television operations within a single ecosystem.
